1. Introduction

Mobigard ("Application" or "App") is owned and operated by Electro Micro Technology Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Mobigard, you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of the Application.

2. Services Provided

Mobigard provides B2B digital tools for mobile skin cutting, device database usage, and related features. Access to certain features requires an active subscription plan.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are prepaid and time-bound.
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. Upon expiry, Users must manually purchase a new plan.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay.
• No physical product is shipped as all services are digital in nature.

4. No Refunds

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

• Partial usage
• Unused period
• Accidental purchases
• Lack of continued usage

Users are encouraged to review the plan details before purchasing.

5. Account & Access

• Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality.
• Accounts are non-transferable.
• The Company may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, assets, designs, and data within Mobigard are the exclusive property of Electro Micro Technology Pvt Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell or distribute any part of the system without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis.

8. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Exploit system data
• Engage in reverse engineering
• Resell app data or features without authorization

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat.
